Enjoy this beautifully updated 2 bedroom modern farmhouse home. It has all the amenities of a home away from home. It is close to the NY33, I90, I290 to get you where you have to go fast. Located down the street from Como Lake Park. Perfect for 1-6 guests.
When you walk into the house you are walking into the newly renovated kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counter tops. Stove, fridge and space to cook with access to cookware, glasses,and silverware, as well as a dishwasher for a simple and quick clean up. The living room has plenty of natural light, smart tv, and a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space. Enjoy use of our smart tvs in each bedroom so you can relax in bed or the kids can watch a movie on one of your favorite apps from home. All beds have memory foam matresses for you to have a great nights sleep. We hope that you enjoy getting ready for your day in the newly remodeled bathroom as well! Washer and dryer are located in the partially finished basement with extra space for the kiddos to run around. Private fully fenced backyard to enjoy the day with plenty of grass to play as well. If you think you need it we probably have it, if not feel free to reach out and ask and we can see about arranging it.

Summary: Cute, clean home, worked well for our 3 day trip to Buffalo for a Bills game & to visit family. Keurig vs coffee maker so visitor needs to bring K-cups. Only thing I’d change is communication for arrival instructions to come a day or so before arrival and departure vs day of for traveling out of towner’s.

Summary: Scott was a great host! Clear instructions and accommodating when we had to add 2 more adults to our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Only downside was the second bedroom had a trundle bed not twin beds as stated on the site page. The trundle takes up the whole room when pulled out . This room was probably meant for small children not adults. Neighborhood quiet, friendly neighbors and a great location to family we were visiting? I would certainly recommend this house if staying in Lancaster area.

Summary: This property was perfect for our group of five! Quiet neighborhood, updated kitchen and bathroom, and it was right next to grocery stores, restaurants, and more. We had a fantastic trip to Buffalo and this place was a big reason why.

Summary: My friend & I stayed in this sweet little home during our visit to see friends & family. The home was located in a convenient location. The neighborhood was safe & quiet. The house was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The only suggestion I have is to have a deadbolt installed on the doors for peace of mind.
